Hours & Rates

The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center is open 365 days a year, including holidays, (GWDC bears do not hibernate) from 8 am to dusk. Please note that our hours do change with the season. Call for current hours.

We are located just one block from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park and one block south of the IMAX Theater (map and directions).

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, visitor admission, membership and donations are our main source of funding. Admission fees are:

Adults (13 and older)	$9.75
Children (5 - 12)	$5.00
Children under 5	FREE
Seniors (62 and older)	$9.00

ADMISSION IS GOOD FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS!

Group rates are available for groups of 15 or more May thru November and 10 or more December thru April.

Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center members receive free admission (click here for more Individual and Family Membership information or Business Membership information).

• Parking is FREE
• Credit Cards accepted in both Admissions and Gift Shop: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. No out-of-state checks please.
• An ATM machine is on the premises.
• A playground is located on site (ADA accessible).
• Wheelchairs are available and accessible.
• Picnic tables are located around the outside perimeter of the Center.
